Shipping

  • Cairo, Giza, & Alexandria: 3–5 business days.

  • Other Governorates: 5–7 business days.

General Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items must remain in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method after the item passes a quality check (up to 14 business days).

  • If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability in our store.

Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges

  • Standard shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • An additional shipping fee of 70 EGP applies to return or exchange requests.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, exchanges/refunds are completely free, and all shipping fees are covered by us.
